Using your own photography equipment, take staged and candid photos of the two string orchestras (TYSO, TYSS) during dress rehearsals and concerts. Photos should them be uploaded to SmugMug or other TYM photo sharing platforms.
Attend weekly rehearsals to aide conductor when needs arise with musicians. Stay with musicians until all parents arrive for pick-up.
Organize a social event for the musicians of the ensemble. This is important for encouraging the musicians to build friendships with their peers and make connections outside of rehearsals. As the social coordinator, you will be responsible for planning one social event during the selected semester for the group (ie: bowling, a potluck at a local park, etc).
